How much text you can engrave on your custom Necklace - Flame Charm
Here’s how much space you have to engrave text on a necklace that carries a flame charm, pendant or tag:
- Line 1 - 13 characters / spaces
- Line 2 - 13 characters / spaces
- Line 3 - 13 characters / spaces
- Line 4 - 12 characters / spaces
- Line 5 - 10 characters / spaces
- Line 6 - 8 characters / spaces
As a general rule, we will centre the text (unless you ask us to do something different).
The exact size and position of the letters will also depend on the text you send to us. For example, a shorter message can be engraved larger, and vice versa. Also the letter "M" is bigger than the letter "i", so this makes a difference when the text is laid out as well.
If you would like some words to be larger than others (for example one large word, with smaller text underneath), then please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to achieve it for you.
