We provide the best customer service in the industry because you are choosing an important way to get your special message across, or protect your life in an emergency. If you are happy with your order, you'll wear it regularly and get its full benefit.
We provide tips on how to choose the right size for your bracelet or necklace. But the final measurement ordered is your responsibility.
Please measure carefully, as some of our designs are only available in one size. On some designs, for example due to the size of beads or chain links, we will need to go slightly over your requested size.

It's important to find a product that fits in with your look. Most companies sell bespoke jewellery on a "no return, no changes" basis. But sometimes it's hard to know if it's right for you until you try it on.
When you receive your order, if you would prefer a different style of bracelet or necklace, please get in touch. If we can re-use your custom designed charm, and you return the jewellery to us within 30 days from the original date of shipment in new unworn condition, we will swap it FREE OF CHARGE for another design of equal or lesser value. If the new design costs a bit more, just pay us the difference. If we cannot re-use your custom charm (e.g. if it's not compatible with the new design), or if the jewellery is not in new unworn condition, the full product charge will apply.

If you are unhappy with your order of a non-customised product, for any reason, just return it to us within 30 days from the original date of shipment in new unworn condition.
